We have extensive experience in this transition primarily in the defense industry sector and will fill the need of the entrepreneurial developer who needs concept development and expertise in connecting to funding sources for the next step of commercialization.

In brief, you should know the following about us: our company was established in 2001 as an interim contract vehicle to enable a contract for service to our Navy customer. For several years we had to put the company on the back burner due to commitments to assist our troops in the Global War on Terror after the attack on the United States on September 11th, 2001. Our specialties are in the areas of technology transition,  strategic technology planning and advanced technology development.
